Don Bosco High School celebrated Van Mahotsav with the 9th standard boys, hosting a vibrant tree plantation event organized by the Rotary Club of Panaji Riviera. The event was graced by the presence of President Tanvi Sawant and Secretary Maithili Nadkarni, who led the plantation of Citrus aurantifolia (lime) plants alongside the enthusiastic students. The initiative aimed to foster environmental awareness and encourage the students to contribute to a greener planet. Each student participated actively, planting the saplings with care and commitment. As a lasting memory of Van Mahotsav, every student was given a sapling to take home. This thoughtful gesture not only symbolized the importance of nurturing nature but also served as a personal reminder of their role in environmental conservation. The event was a meaningful blend of education and action, reinforcing the values of sustainability and community spirit among the young participants.
