Today a career guidance talk was given to our Std X students on how to choose a career. The brief on what we typically choose depends on what our parents tell us or what our friends have opted for or when the people around us speak of various fields having scope for future or maybe just the easiest.

The speakers Mr Rajesh and Mr Gaurav from ICAI encouraged students to opt for careers based on their aptitude. The test named IKIGAI meaning the reason of being alive in Japanese encourages students to understand what they love, what they are good at, what the world needs besides what is well paid. To choose a career that is economically viable- Passion, profession and vocation.
