The Primary Section students celebrated their Independence Day with great joy and pomp, as they do every year, on Saturday, August 13, 2022, in the Aurelius Maschio Multipurpose Hall. All participants, as well as the teachers, were asked to dress in white. The programme began with an explanation of the historical significance of the day. Students from each class performed a group dance, patriotic song, and skit that was both impressive and mesmerising. To conclude, our Principal Fr. Avin Carvalho delivered a brief speech in which he stated that freedom is extremely valuable and must be protected, which was followed by the vote of thanks and the National Anthem.
