The grand finale of the Inter-House Quiz Competition – The GOAT (Greatest of All Time) was a spectacular celebration of knowledge, creativity, teamwork, and presence of mind. Following a rigorous preliminary round involving nearly 130 participants, the top four scorers from each house qualified for the much-anticipated finale.
Breaking away from the conventional quiz format, The GOAT featured a series of exciting and innovative rounds that challenged contestants in multiple ways. Participants showcased their knowledge and quick thinking in IQ Arena, solved mind-bending puzzles in Brain Baffles, and demonstrated creativity in Express Your Expression. The Word Grid round tested vocabulary, observation, and speed, while the crowd-favourite Taste Test challenged contestants to identify food items using only their sense of taste.
The excitement continued with Follow The Instructions, where precision and concentration were the keys to success, and Lab Rat Showdown, which assessed the contestants' scientific knowledge through engaging hands-on activities. Each round demanded a unique set of skills, ensuring that the competition tested far more than general knowledge alone.
The audience remained thoroughly engaged throughout the event, applauding the contestants for their confidence, adaptability, teamwork, and sportsmanship. More than just a quiz, The GOAT celebrated holistic learning by encouraging students to think critically, communicate effectively, collaborate with their teammates, and perform under pressure.
At the end of a thrilling contest, Tagore House emerged as the champions, while Gandhi House secured the runners-up position. The competition truly lived up to its name, inspiring every participant to strive to become the "Greatest of All Time".
