We can all agree — yoga is amazing!
It can do so much for your body physically, as well as help your mental health in numerous different ways. At Don Bosco on the International day of yoga 21st June , the students were inspired and motivated with moments of reflection as they buried their mind deep in their heart, and watched their body move. The yoga asanas done by the students in the School Oratory was not about touching their toes, it was what they learnt on the way down, be it flexibility, determination or the love for their body , heart and mind. It's evident that "Yoga is the fountain of youth. You’re only as young as your spine is flexible." Live a healthy life ...stay inspired !
